"Basic" Conference Package
The "Basic" package includes a suitable meeting room equipped with a flip chart for presentations, two bulletin boards for visual aids, a projector with an HDMI connection for multimedia presentations, and writing supplies (notepad and ballpoint pen). Additional equipment, such as a presenter’s kit, a Cannyboard, or a digital flipchart, is available upon request.
Catering included in the "Basic" package:
- Beverages during the meeting: specialty coffees and teas, apple juice, and water
- Lunch: Lunch buffet or a 3-course menu of your choice (chef’s recommendation), plus 1 beverage from the non-alcoholic menu
- Afternoon coffee break: Specialty coffees and teas, plus a sweet snack
