Information on Check-in and Check-out
To ensure you can fully enjoy your getaway on the Baltic Sea from the very start, we’ll make your arrival and departure as pleasant as possible.
The front desk at the 4-star beach hotel is available 24 hours a day. Our friendly staff is always happy to assist you with any questions or needs.
Your rooms will be available starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m.—this leaves plenty of time for one last breakfast or a walk along the Baltic Sea beach.
If you’d like to make your arrival and departure a bit more relaxed, we also offer—subject to availability—early check-in starting at 12:00 PM or late check-out until 2:00 PM. You can add these options directly when booking or arrange them on-site.
Feel free to use our SMS service as well: We’ll notify you via text message as soon as your hotel room is ready. Please let us know when you check in at the reception desk at the Strandhotel.
Arrive Stress-Free – Reserve a Parking Spot in Advance
For a relaxed arrival, we recommend reserving your parking space at Weissenhäuser Strand in advance. You can also add a parking reservation to an existing booking at a later date – so everything is taken care of before you arrive and a parking space is reserved for you.
